SAN is a broad-spectrum disinfectant formulated with Quaternary Ammonium Compounds (QUAT), suitable for hand sanitization as well as direct surface disinfection across various sectors in the food production and food service industries.

HOW TO USE SAN

1. Prepare the surface

Remove soil, grease, and rinse thoroughly before applying the disinfectant.

2. Dilution

Use SAN at concentrations of:

• 0.2% (200 ppm) to

• 1% (1000 ppm)
  depending on hygiene requirements and contamination level.

3. Disinfection

Spray or immerse surfaces in the SAN solution.
Ensure a minimum contact time of 10 minutes for effective microbial reduction.

4. Rinse with clean water

Required for surfaces or equipment that come into direct contact with food, using microbiologically safe water.
