SMOKE CLEANER is a high-foaming alkaline cleaning solution formulated with a blend of caustic hydroxides, cleaning boosters, and non-ionic surfactants. It is designed to effectively remove organic residues such as proteins, fats, smoke resin, and burnt carbon deposits.

• Ideal for cleaning heat-exposed equipment, including:

  • Industrial exhaust systems

• Especially suitable for cleaning stainless steel or copper brew kettles, removing residues primarily composed of beer deposits, carbohydrates, and coagulated proteins.
